Perma-Liner™ Certified Installer Highlight: Bizzy Bee

Throughout the United States, Perma-Liner has more than 1900 certified installers and four distribution facilities, with more to open in the coming months. One of our certified installers recently completed a project we would like to highlight. Founded by Robert Schwachenwald in 2011, Bizzy Bee Plumbing, Inc. is a family-owned, 24-hour, 7 days a week emergency plumbing company located in Cary, N.C. Providing service to Raleigh-Durham, Cary, Apex, Holly Springs and surrounding areas, Bizzy Bee Plumbing, Inc. prides themselves on the equipment they use, the professionalism the staff adheres to, and the service they deliver to their customers. This is just one of the reasons why they’ve maintained being a top-rated residential and commercial plumbing service.
From drain repairs and hydro-jetting to sump pump and water heater work, Bizzy Bee Plumbing, Inc. covers most common plumbing needs. In addition, they also provide the following services: pipe replacement, leak detection and repairs, and home re-piping.
Most of Bizzy Bee’s work is “under slab” rehabilitation. The company does many lateral projects for the town of Cary. With aging systems like broken PVC pipe or aged cast laterals that tie into the city’s mains, Perma-Liner’s products are used so no excavation is needed. Some projects are more than 15’ deep.
Bizzy Bee keeps a very productive schedule. Currently, they are completing the above slab and vent work along with fixture updates for a 225 unit apartment complex. This complex is more than 30 years old. The aging under slab consists of cast iron and 90 percent of it has no bottom, increasing the chances of a break. Instead of cutting 120’ across each unit, Bizzy Bee is inverting liners and reinstating the two branches. By performing this method, Bizzy Bee is saving the owners a large amount of money in addition to relocation costs, concrete work and other various items.
Another recent project completed by Bizzy Bee was the rehab of 20’ of an aging cast iron pipe. A project that would typically take days to complete, if done by excavation, only took five hours using the Cured-In-Place-Pipe (CIPP) method. The Bizzy Bee team
A third recent project the team completed was to install and line a 70’ cast iron sewer line. By again using the CIPP method, the team was able to save time, landscaping, traffic disruptions, and costs.
Bizzy Bee Plumbing, Inc. is consistently producing quality work for the town of Cary and their clients. With the dedication of Robert and his team, residents and businesses have the satisfaction of knowing the Bizzy Bee team is providing them with the most cost-effective, time-saving options.
